The borough councils met in special session last Tuesday night and passed the new borough ordinances, Nos. 16 and 17, in regard to lighting the bor ough by electricity, on third and final reading. Dr. Edwards, of Clifford, Is doing a good share of the vaccinat ing, in a very successful manner. The oyster supper held last week at the home of Mrs. O. T. Hull proved a success in every way. The night was perfect, beautiful sleighing, and conse quently they came from all directions, and the house was filled with joyous people, both old and young, A fine entertainment was given under the auspices of the Baptist Ladies' Aid. They also gave a fine supper, and all were well pleased with the night's pleasure. The liberal response to the little basket that was passed netted a neat sum.
