It Is stated on good authority that
all that remains to be done now to en
sure the establishment of a pants fac
tory in Montrose is the raising of $1,000
to pay the rent of the building for four
years. A committee has 'been at work
today soliciting subscriptions, and the
prospect for the factory seems bright
The factory will be conducted by John
E. O'Brien and Feinbloom & Co.. and
will bo operated In O'Brien's building
on South Main street.
