LUZERNE COUNTY CASES.
They Occupied the Time of the Su
perior Court Yesterday.
The time of the Superior court was
taken up almost exclusively yesterday
by cases from Luzerne county.
After court opened the argument of
tho (Jlrton appeal from Wyoming
county was completed, and then tho
Wllkes-Barro oases were taken up.
Three cases were argued together.
They were Henry Mann & Son, appel-
hints, vs. David Salsbery ot ni.; Kan
tor & Cohen, appellant, s. David Sals
berg et al., and I. Sapersteln, appel
lant, vs. David Salsberg ct al., all
common pleas casos. The cases grew
out of the failure of I. Ilosenthall &
