To Be Given Away
Two deeds for Lots will be dropped by the man in
the balloon. One extra Lot will be given to the person who
purchases the first Lot at the Auction Sale. One Lot will
be given to the person purchasing the greatest number of
Lots at the Auction Sale. One Lot will be given to the
first person completing a house worth 1,200 or more on
Lot purchased on day of sale. One Ladies' Gold Watch
will be given to the first lady purchasing a Lot. One
Ladies' Gold watch will be given to the lady who pur
chases the greatest number of Lots.
ALL PRIZE
WILL BE POSITIVELY GIVEN
AS ABOVE STATED.
This plot is favorably located; in fact, the most favorable
location for homes of any in or about the city. Sewers and
water pipes are now laid to Cleveland avenue and will be
extended as fast as there is a demand. There are now
two houses being constructed on Washington avenue.
Another contract is being- let. Another Lot has been sold
for $500 on same avenue and will probably be built on
this summer.
