follow on next steamer.
We received a telegraph from Messrs. Haviland stating
balance of order was on the steamer Paris, which went aground
on Southern coast of England.
Goods are somewhere in England, and they have not as
yet been able to locate them; if not found shortly, will forward
from Limoges, France, which will arrive in four weeks.

a Tilbune reportei with reference to a
lullrond being built along the bed of
the Delaware and Hudson canal, which
was sold to S. B Coykendall, of Kings
ton. N. Y., Monday, said:
"My company has sold the cannl, not
purchased It. I piesume, however, that
a lallioad will be built along the
canal." Further than this, Mr. Wes
ton would not discuss the piobabllltles
