DIED SEATED IN HIS CHAIR.
John B. Wickklzer Had Almost
Rounded Out Ninety Years.
John U. Wlckklscr, an aged resident
of South Scranton, died suddenly ves-
teidav at bin home, lear of 1S02 Cedar
avenue, whete he resided with his
daughters, Mrs. Mary rtussell and Rllm
Annie Vvlckklzer.
Deceas-ed was 89 yeais of age and
had been suffering for oiiip time with
heart trouble. Dr. Manley was at
tending him and had tiotltlcd the fam
ily that Mr. WIcklzer was liable to
die at any moment. While his daugh
ter Annie absented herself from his
room a. shoit lime yesterday he passed
away while sitting in his favorite
chiilr. Dr. Manley was uotllied nnd
granted a death certificate. Funeral
announcement later.
