representing the plaintiff.
The plaintiff sues the Oas and Water
company to recover $M0 damages whit Ii
she claims is due htr by reason of
neglect on the part of the uomp my.
Plaintiff alleges that on or about Apill
20, 1S9S, a break occurred in the gas
main of the above company tunning
In front of her pioperty, situated on
North Main avenue, near Green Rldgo
street. The company was notified of
the break, but neglected to lepalr it
until the escaping gas had destrojed
two vetv valuable shade trees on the
piopeity of the plaintiff and materially
de creased the value of tho pioperty
thereby.
