Thomas Grady plead guilty to steal
ing a keg of beer from the Mnyfleld
depot and was sentenced to 3ft days.

Owen Moran plead guilty to stealing

Frank Foster, of Hyde Park, nnd

liams, Hyde Park boys under sixteen
years of age. plead guilty to stealing

and Judge Edwards suspended sentence

A murderous assault was made on
Nicholas Garzino by John Mariano at
Old Forge Monday.
Mariano attempted to shoot Garzluo
with a revolver, but the weapon failed
to explode. He then slashed Garzino
