Intelligently answer your questions

I know of tho hardships experienced
by District Attorneys of our State In

of more Intelligent legislation. Our
laws are too hastily prepared and pass
ed by our legislators, many of whom
have no knowledge whatever of crim
inal law and the method of criminal
procedure.
We have In our Quarter Sessions
Court every term, cases of a more ser
ious nature than the offenses provided
ngalnst by our Acts of Assembly,
thereby necessitating the cumbersome
practice under the common law. There
fore, I can see tho great benefit to be
derived through an organization such
as you mention. I will give an or

support. Any date will suit me. I beg
