and by counting the number of
"humus" of the Hat wheel was able
to tell how fast the car was moving
during any given period of time. Ma
jor Warren's iiuestion as to whether
the witness knew positively that the
cars In- timed had not more than one
Hat wheel or whether possibly there
were not two Hat simts on one or two

of his direct evidence, and he was
called from the stand.
