He wait ed until Qulnn stuck his head out of the door and then he let fall his club. Qulnn retaliated, and the constable was worsted. Last night Qulnn was 'brought before Alderman John on the dual charge of assault nnd interfering with an officer. He was held in $4W bail to appear at court. The money was vouched for and Qulnn was re leased. There may be two other suits as a result of the broil. Qulnn is charged with Illegally selling intoxicants and the constable charged with assault. Alexander Weisenlluh charged a Mrs. Wulsh with assault. The hearing was given last evening before Alderman John.
