Over at Maltby on Sunday evening two young men. one of then a Hungar ian named "Joe" Shlpta. a boarder at the house of Oeorge Degosh, drank a trifle too much. They then went to Shipta's boarding house and crawled in bed with their muddy shoes on. Mrs. Begosh discovered them a few minutes later and when she. ordered them to get out Shlpta called her vile names and threatened to do her bodily harm. She went before Justice Owen and swore out a warrant for Shipta's arrest and the latter wus soon brought before him.
