One of the last of the early settlers
in Shis region to die was Mrs. Susan
Gaodner, who passed away In. Scott
township Thursday. She was over 88
years of age, and. with her husband,
who died about fifteen years ago,
moved to Scott township tn the early
thirties. Here they made a clearing In
the Joreat and afterward spent tbelr
lives.
