Company of Pennsylvania, Philadel
phia, or tbe London county bank, Lon
don, by signing the re-adjustment
agreement and depositing their tecurl
ties. General mortgage bondholders
who have not already signed tbe agree
ment are requested to do to at either
of the above nam ;d inslitutiont and all
such bondholders are notified to pres
ent their holdings to bo stamped and to
receive the cash for tbe coupons in de
fault together with accrued interest

viewed by tbe Philadelphia Inquirer,
is still far from being a broad one, but
