Wells, urged her to comply with his request aud she did so. They talked long and earnestly to gether and when Warden Grimes was about to lead Beppler away the latter gathered his wife in his arms and the sound of a resounding hiss echoed through the corridors a moment later. Mrs. Beppler is only human. She m-'lted under the influence of her bus. band's love, and when ln was released from jail sh received him aguin as her lord and master. Consequently the case of Beppler vs. B'ppler has been expunged from the court record.
