noble conl product. Thesuit is brought
by the heirs of Elizabeth Burke, for
whom the property was held in trust

The aggregate earnings of railroads
reporting for ianuary to date is $1 1 -847,188,
a decrees) compared with last

ment from earlier reports are to be
noticed. Whether It Is due to an en
largement of business, more stnble
rates or the fact that the Open wliiter

closed for several days on account of
