It Alleges Fraud In Oonnectlon with William Lyons' Policy. The United States Insurance com pany bsgen suit in tqnity Monday against William Lyons, W llliam Lyons, jr., and E.T. Itutledge, charging the de fendants with having secured a policy on the life of William Lyons for several thousand dollars about a year ago for the purpose of defrauding the company.
