Vannatta from. Fort Wayne, Indiana secured'
the adet l iona of a .Miss Horn, Of this place;

night nearly all the guests, thirty in number,
were taken sick, with every appearance of poi!
soning t hy arsenic. A sister of Miss Horn
died from its effects. It has been found that he
has proposed, en elopement with a young

days, and in his letter to her he gives a - full
history of the poisoning, acknowledging that
