has just been discovered on the farina John D.
Stitzel. Esq., in Maidenereek township Berks
county. It is first-rata hematite, and is found .
within a few feet of the surface, and extends
over a range of at load(, thirty acres. Tim do•
posit Is said to ho equal in richness and abund
ance to the Moselm ore banks. Mr. Stitzs
purchased this farm last year, of Mrs. 111 1,
for $12,000,--and would not now take dim le
that amount for it. From present Wield'. um
the deposit of ore on elm farm is alone W(,
