the Wisconsin State Journal,.living at Blank
Brook,. Polk county met with a fatal acci
dent last Tuesday. lie was out hunting, cold

Platte river. The usual indications of apo
plexy or 9Pilepsy did not appear, and there
were no indications 'of his "having taken wa
ter into his lungs ; and tho doctor thinks it
moat probable that ho died of the "physical
