The mine will now yield 40.000 tons of coal per ysar,

Inexhaustible, for, so far as the existence of this Com
pany is concerned, it certainly is so.
The mine is in complete working order* with all the
machinery andpersonal pioperty necessary and usual to

being based upon a fair equivalent in property.
