ee simple* on Lowther’s BuUr Bltehie county* West
Virginia, about two miles from the forks of Hughes
iver, and within a short distance of the great Aaphal
am Goal Banks of Bltchie county.
This estate is located within the immediate centre of
he Great Oil Belt of West Yirginia, which section* for
he superiority of its oil* and for the quantity and cer.
alaly of its yield, surpasses the well-known Yenango
region of Pennsylvania.
This tract lies on either side of the Bun, intersected
by numerous streams* with a great abundance of tim
ber on the premises for all the purposes of carrying on
the successful development of the land.
The dip ot the rocks in the ravines along the Ban and
stream,, and the Indications of the presence of oil on
the land, are.sufflctent to wairant the belief that there
will be an abundant supply of oil.
The property has been examined by a competent per.
son,and declared to be nnanestlenable “oil territory.”
The recent strike of the one hnndred barrel Sowing
well near the forks of the Hnihes river is only a short
distance from this property, thns enhancing the value
of this tract as first-class oil territory, and doubly as
soring ns that there will be an ample return to all in

_ IMMENSEATTBACTION!
- THE WILD AUBTKALIAN CHILDREN.
These unparalleled curiosities of nature have never
been onexhlbttion in this country before. are now
at the MUSED M. 833 MARKET Street?
The Wild Australian Children are evidently of a Can
nibal race, judging from their natural proclivities,
their long sharp teeth, Ac. , perhaps the only specimens
fsom that country now living Their heads are the
smallest and most curiously shaped ever seen on human
beings, and. as curiosities eclipse the Aatee Children,
Siamese Twins, Tom Thumb, or any such -vagaria*
of nature, being truly •* Nature’s unadorned, T ’ &***
stady of whom is alike interesting to philosophers and.
phrenologists. Their stay is-Ximimd.. .. _
, These wonders of all wonders were captured about
three years ago, by Captain J. Seed and a party of
gold hunters, in the mountainous regions of Australia.
The other, or lower class, being Ichthyopagists, and
very fierce, while these are perfectly harmless, unless
very much, excited. Their complexions ate similar to
the native American aborigines. They are very much
attached to Captain Bted, who will be present with,
them. mh2t»tf
