HALLIARDS, Garrison. and Storm, Army Standard.
Samples of which may be seen at the 01/Ice or Gioia
-111.8 and EquiPage in this city. .
To be delivered tree of charge at the U. 8. Inspection
Warehouse, hi this city, in good, new packages, _with
the name of the party furnishing, the kind and quan
tity of goods distinctly marked •on each article and
package.
Parties altering goods must distinctly state in their
bids the quantity they propose to frirnish, the prin.
and time of delivery.
Samples, when submitted, must be marked and nnlk
bered to correspond with the proposal, and the parties
thereto must guarantee that thegoods shall be, In
every respect, equal to army standard, otherwiae the
proposal will not be considered. •
A guarantee, signed by two responsible persons, must
accompany each bid, guaranteeing that the bidder
will supply the articles awarded to him undo his pro.

Bids will be opened on Tuesday, October 11, 1864, at
two o'clock P. M., at this office. and bidders are re
quested to be present.
Awards will be made on Wednesday. October 12,1864.
