David Graham was arraigned yestery after

money. it seems that two lade; each about seven
teen years old, named Gilbert 'Brown and Edward
H. 'l/t Meer, having an Idea of enlisting, were met by
defendant -on Chestnut Street, between Fifth and

regiment; but defendant explained that ft would be

The boys were taken to a publto house, where they

James McCormick and Cornelius Toomy,were
arraigned yesterday on the charge of the larceny of

ARREST OF A SPY
William Dougherty, hailing from South Carolina,
was sent to Fort Delaware yesterday, by. order of
the Government. He escaped from Washington,
and his arrest was ordered by telegraph. Upon ar
riving at the depot, at Brad and - Prime streets, , on
'Wednesday night, he was _taken into custody by
Ofticer W. Taggart, stationed at that place.

will arrive at broad and Prime sir, eta on this (Fridsr)
afternoon at two o'clock. Owing to the increase In
number of companies participating in the escort, the
following orders will be obeerved: The line will be
formed at three o'clock, and move precisely at four.
The First Division will form on the north side of
Worthington street. the right resting on Ninth street,
extendieg down Washington to Eighth, and np Eighth
to the west she.
Tbe second Division will form on the north side of
Washington street. the right resting on Eighth street,
extending down Washington to itievith, and up Se
venth on the west side.
The Third Division will form on the north side of
Washington kvreet, the right resting on Seventh, ex
tending down Warliingion to Sixth, and up Sloth on
the west side.
Fourth 'Division 'will form on the north side of Wash
ington street, the right resting on Sixth. extending
