1864, will incur a penalty of ten pet centum additional of
the amount thereof, and be liable to costs, as provided
for in the ]9th section of the excise law of Ist July. 1862.
All persons who in like manner .hall fail to take out
their licenses as required by law. on or before the 241 day
of April, la% will incur a penalty of ten per centum ad
ditional of the amount thereof, and be subject to a pro
secution for three times the amount of said tax, in ac
cordance with the provisions of the dOkh. section of the
law aforesaid.
