weapon from a drawer and handed it to a man named
Wallace to examine. The pintol was accidentally dis

James L. Wright, on Thursday last, which resulted in
the death of Mr Wright, serious injuries to a G-rmiui

The investigation took pluco at the coroner’s office.
Four witnesses were examined. Mr. Wnght, the father

that the preparation was unlit for use ; it then became
necessary to yeboil itthis was on the day of tho acci

explosion took place.
In the contents of this krttlo the two principal mtt«-

The theory ot Dr.-Jajno is that the explosive gaieoua
matter penetrated between tlie Hiaes of tho kctile and the
masonry wotk surrounding it, and thus came in contact
with and ignited at tho furnace fire. The crevices or
openings between the sidosoftho kott-e *nl the brick

TjUECTKICITY WHEN APPLIED
X-J by Prof. G. H. BOLLES, will cure all forma of acute
and chronic diseases wliero there is vitality enough
react.
The like of suck sudden and astonishing cures were
never known before. Read tho following from a preacher
of the M. E. Church, No. 1633 Helmutb street, Phila.
*< In attempting a definition of my disease, 1 can only
give some of the many symptoms which, taken altogether,
were the most horrid; and eveD medical men did not
know my cibe&se frein pathological symptoms. How
ever, Prof. C. H. rfOLLES, by whom I wag cured, located
my disease in tho pelvic viscera iu five miuntes after I
entered liia office, and offered to wan ant a perfect cure
in eight applications, and 1 frankly admit that in eight
applications of Electricity, administered by Prjfes.*or
BULLES, 1220 WALNUT Street, PliiladelDkiai I am
perfectly cured, and to me this is most astonishing, for I
liud exhausted the catalogue of old-school remedies, aud
grew worse all the time. I had long believed that in
Electricity resided a potent agent for the core of disease,
if a rislit application could be made, and now I can com*
prebend from its powerful effects on mo far a speedy
cure, although no shocks were given. All was pleasant,
and accomplished as if by magic.
“ I will give most of my symptoms for the benefit of
suffering humanity. I had dyspepsia, bad inarasirus, or
wasting ol the tissuesof the whole body; at tira*s difficulty
of bH&thln#, &61U6 palpitation of* the heart, much bren
chit s, trembling of the limbs after exercise, aversion to
business and company at times, gloom, inability to collect
my thoughts vigorously on any subject, a loss of me
mory, pain in various parts of the body, suffered much
from lumbago, deranged secretions of the kidneys and
other jslauds of tho system, constant dragging pains m
the lumbar region, and severe nerv vus dizziness.
“ I believe it is my duty, as a lover of humanity, to re
commend this discovery of Prof. BOLLES to the afflict
ed of all classes. There seems to be no guess work, no
contusion, no matterof doubt in his treatment. He pro
ceeds on fixed principles and according to fixed laws,
which semi to me infallible and harmoaious. He war
rants, by special contract, the most obstinate chronic and
acute cams, aud charges nothing if he fails. I advise all
of the diseased to try his treatment.
