General Anderson. — New York has pre

done up in a gold box, and it will enable the General to
go where he pleases from the Battery to the Central
Park, and to visit all the lions of the city from- Barngm’g
Museum to the rmn-avemie Hotel. The General will
doubtless look around Gotham when it suits him, but
when be wants a new uniform lie wilt come to Philadel

Astonishing.— An English paper says that

and causes as much surprise os the elegant and fasluona

tbe mammoth clothing depot of Granville Stokes, 609
