road, amounting in the argregato to $3,806,400. The
net Revenue for the last fisoal year was six timed the
amount of the annual interest on these bonds.
The managers propose to extend them for a period of
twenty years, the holders retaining the bonds and the
security of the mortgages in the precise condition in
which they are now held. Fresh sheets of conpons for
the interest. Payable half-yearly, will be issued. -
