" BALIIAM OP• WILD CHIIRRY.—We call
'the attention of our readers to the advertisement of
Wistar's Balsam of Wild Cherry, in another column,
and assure them they can 'find no better remedy for
' coughs, wide, asthma, bronchial affections, or any
' disease of the throat or lunge.
" In August, 1888, an estimable friend of ours returned
' from a visit in the country, much emaciated, and la
' boring under a severe cough, which had made much
'rapid Inroads upon het constitution, that we felt
'something must be done at once, or she would become
'a clothe of consumption. Having known the benefi
' Mal results which have occurred from the use of Wis
' tar's nalsain, we made purchase of some for her, and
we are happy to say that before she had taken the
' contents of one bottle her cough had entirely left her,
'and she is now in the enjoyment of expellent health."

MIDDLITOWN, COllll, Feb. Alga
SEM W. FONVLE & I first made
we of the OXTOXIJTED BITII7II some seven or eight
years iinee, Having suffered for twenty years from a
form of DysilieStA, which was attended with a nervous
headache, on an average of not less than one day in a
week, I was indneed by the unpretending recommenda
tion of Dr. Green " to try one bottle, and if no benefit
was received to discontinue the use."
The usapt one bottle warranted a further trial, to the
extent of some three or four, with a careful observance
of alio accompanying directions. The result was an
almost entire relief from the usual dyspeptic symptoms,
and their depressing, painful 001111(1 , 1110110411. I believe
these bitters produced an entire change M the habit/ of
my *yawn, and upon the active energies of the diges•

payee as most persons. These bitters have also been
of service to other members of my family.
Very respectfully yours,
