the debt of the Commonwealth, including forty-one
thousand and seventy-one dollars of the relief issues
wlucn have hoen cancelled and destroyed, as authorised
by the ninety-eighth section of the act of the 19th of
April, A. D. one thousand eight hundred and fifty-three.
