Jonas Whitcomb’s Remedy for Asthma.
[Letter from a Lawyer in Newburyport, Maas ]
NswBOETFOsr, February 26.1866.
Joseph UtraxaiT, E>q —Dear Sir: It is now nearly
twelve months since I received the first bottle of yonr
valuable medicine for the cure of the Asthma.
For thirteen years I suffered with the Asthma, and
during that time there were but few months in whloh I
did not suffer with a paroxysm that entirely prostrated
me for two or three days, and sometimes longer '
. I will say, that from the time I took the first dose of
your “ Remedy” to the present hour, I have not had a
bad attack, and now my sjatem is so free from it, that
the most active exercise and exposure seldom has any
other effect than to slightly restrict toe lungs Your
medloino soon dhpela that sensation, and'l can lately
elrim a general release from the tormentor. Please
accept my gratitude for the great blessing, and believe
me that I shall endeavor to ittroduce the Remedy
whenever opportunity ooours. ‘With groat respeot, your
obedient servant, J. H. BBAGLON.

Mu. Bobnutt: I take pleasure In stating the won

ou my wife. She has suffered for years wNfc the Spas

time she was so far gone, that her pbysioian could not
count the pulee. * * * We were obliged to open
doors and windows In mid-winter, and resort to every
expedient that affection oould devise to keep her alire.
At length I heard of ” Whitoomb’a Remedy,”—it
acted like a charm; it enabled her to sleep quietly in a
few minutes, and nearly broke up the disease. I keep
it constantly on hand—and though it has not onred hen
it bai done wonders In the way of relief. I am a Metho
