Board of Commissioners of the Union Bank the
Poring preamble and resolution were adopted
' Whereas, The Commissioners of the Union Bank,
by very general request of the Stockholders resolved
not to enforce the payment of the second instillment on
the subscription to tho Capital Steels of said Bank
during tho finanoial crisis of last year, and es in the
judgment of the Commissioners, the proper limo for
the organisation of said Bank has now been reached,'
therefore
Resolved, That the seCond instalnient of Twenty
Dollars per share on the subscription to the Capital
Stock of said Bank shall be paid at the Office of the
Bank, Southwest corner of TUIRD and ARM Streets,
Philadelphia, between the first and fifteenth days of
September neat, and between the hours of 10 and 1
