Board of Commissioners of the Un ion Bank the
allowing preamble and resolution were adopted :
Whereas, The Commladenere of the Union Bank,
by very general request of the Stockholder., resolved
Pot to enforce the payment of the second instalment on
the aubscription to the Capital Stock of said Bank
during tho dummied crisis of last. year, and as, In the
Judgment of the Commissioners, the proper time for
the organisation ofetaid Bank has now been reached,
therefore
Resolved, That the second inntalment of Twenty
Dollars per share on the aubscription to the Capital
Stock of said Bank shall be paid at the Office of the
Bank, Southwest oorner of TiIIRD and ARCH Streeta,
