CONGRESS SPRINGS,
8A RATOGA, April 12, 1858
A GAUD TO THE PUBLIC
During the !est season an attempt was made to de
ceive the public, by persons offering what they called
" CONGRESS WATER," from Fenutalus ; and at the
price of six ceote per glue. The WHOLESALE price
of the GENUINE CONGRESS WATER, at New York,
being about 7X cents per eats, the imposition of thus
pretending to sell at retail, for lens than cost, and with
out allowance for Freight, Cartage, and Breakage, is
apparent; but their probable course . hrui been to empty
ONE bottle of genuine Congress Water into a Foun
tain, and thereby christening Re total contents.
We have NEVER sold Conroe. Water in Fotnataine
nor in vessels of ANY OTHER DESCRIPTIONS THAN
ordhiary.sized GLASS BOTTLES. The cock of every
bottle of the genuine is blooded "CONGRESS WATER
