(late of Virginia,.were opened, and flank Notes of fcve
ral denominations fraudulently taken- from-them at York
in the state aforefaid, in the months of October, Novem
ber and December last : and whereas a part of said notes
and some calh have been recovered and are now in poffeffi- *
on of the Poll M»fter G=ne .-al. In order there fore that
f"uch Bank Notes as lhpll be identified may be restored to
the owners thereof, and that the remaining notds>and cash
be equitably distributed among those who are ejMitled to
them. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all perfens who
have fuftei ed by such fraudulent prafticer, within the pe
riod, and on the route aforemehtioned, to exhibit their
claims without delay, supported by foth reasonable proofs
as may' beneceffary to substantiate them. Such notes as
