AT a special Meeting of the Board of Dire<stors for
eftabljfhing ufeful Manufactures, held a,t Paulus-
Hook, January 25th, 1796.—"The Board taking into
confederation the'general "alfairs of the Society, think ft
necessary that a meeting of the Stockholders should be
called as soon as the Law will permit; it is therefore re
solved, that the Stockholders be called to meet on the firft
Tuesday in March next, at Egerley's Hotel, at Paterfon,
of the clock of the forenoon of the fame day, then
and there to take into serious confide ration, affairs of the
utmost importance to the said Society; and that every
Stockholdei be earnestly requested to.attend either in
person or by proxy."

A WELL built three story brick HOUSE and LOT of

is about two-thirds finifhed, is built in the very best man
ner and of the best materials; it is 32. feet front and 53
feet deep; the drawing room below is 21 feet 6 inches,

by 24 feet, with a large entry thro' the whole. The draw
ing room upstairs is 30 feet by 26, the back room is 20
feet by 24 —the third story may be divided into three

pear and give special bail to answer the suit so as afore
