man, named JAMES, aged »7 yaars, about
j feet 8 inches high, of a yellow complexion, and
of a bold, appearance Had on when
he went away, a pair of Fultian trowfars, a vert
and faiiors' jacket of nearly the fame colour; on
the latter of which were large black buttons ; his
hat black and abont half worn. He is accuftomad
to the Farming bufiuefs; but may perhaps endea
voar to enter himfelf »n board some vessel that is
going to tea. Whoever facures fiid Run-away
and delivers him to the fubferiber, (hall have the
above rcwaid and all reasonable charges paid.—

Revenue to mark or stamp any vellum,
parchment or paper chargeable with duty,

That, if any persons, shall, after tbe laffc
day of February IROI, have in their custody
or po(T:ffion, any vellum, parchment or pa
per, marked or stamped by the fupea visors of
tbe Revenue, upon which any matter or
thing, charged with duty, (hall not have
been written or printed, they may at any'
time within tbe space of sixty days after
tbe said last day of February tßoi, bring
or fend such velluti, parchment and paper,
unto 1. me office of inl'peftion, and in lieu
thereof, receive a like quantity or value of
vellum, parchment and paper, duly stamped
in p-unuance of the adt herein before recited.
And in cafe any person (hall negleft or re
fufe, within the time aforefaid, to bring or
caule to be brought unto some officer of in
sertion, any such vellum, parchment or pa
per, it is hereby declared, that the fame will
thereafter be of no other effert or use, than
if it had never been marked or stamped, and
that all matters and things, which may af
ter that time be written av printed upon any
velluj, parchment or paper, authorized to be
exchanged it) manner aforelaid will be of no
other eiTcrt, than if they had been written
or printed oa paper, parchment 01: vellutn,
