Fails of [hi- conclusive nature speak more in
fav ur of a medicine, than columns of pompous
eulogy, founded on mere afltrti >n, could do
It is not indeed presumptuously proposed m
an infallible cure, but the inventor has every
passible reason, which can result from txtenfive
experience for believing that a dofeofthefe pills,
taken once every two weeks during the preva
lence of omt annual bilious fevers, will prove an
infallible preventative ; and further, that in the
earlier flages of these diseases, their use will
very generally succeed in restoring health and
frequently is cases esteemed desperate and bey
ond the power of common remedies
The operation of these pills is perfeilly mild
and maybe used with falety by perfonsin every
situation and ofevery age.
They l are excellently adapted to carry off fu
perfiuous bile andj-reveni morbid secretions ;
to restore and amend the appetite ; to produce
a tree perspiration and thereby prevent coldi,
which are often of fatal consequence. A dose
never fails to remove a cold if taken on its firfl
appearance. They are celebrated fcr removing
hsbitual coftivenefs, sickness of the fteraach and
severe head-ache, and ought to be taken by all
persons on a change of climate.
They have been found remarkably efficacious
in prevsnting and curing molt disorders attend
ant on long voyages, and should be procured
and carefully preserved for use by every Teaman.
