The rations to be supplied, is to consist of the ollowing articles viz. eighteeu ounces of broad or flour, when neither can be obtained, of one uuart of rice, or one and a half pound of Cfted or boulted Indian meal, one pound and a quarter of freft beef, or one pound oi salted beef, ur when quarters of a pound of salted pork, and jhrae frelh meat i»'iflued, falt> at the rate of two quarts for every hundred rations; soap at the rate of four pounds, and candles at the rate of a pou.id and a half for every hundred rations.
