fettle the whole business in a year from thf
ending of the drawing and to take up the
bonds given asfecurity.
The real frcurities given for the payment
of the Prizes, are held by the President and
two Directors of the Bank of Columbia, and
are valued at morejhan half the amount of
the Lottery. The drawing will be under,
the nianagement ct 84 gentlemen approved
by the coratniffioners for t he-City .of Walh
ington, for the time being, and aQing on
