'o be eonfideied as given towards the fund

fettle the whole bufmefs in a year from the
ending of the drawing and to ukc up the
bonds given as security.
The real securities for the payment
of the Prizes, are held by the President rod

are valued at more than half the amount of
the Lottery. The drawing will be under
the management of 24 gentlemen approved
