infantry Corps, the Grenadiers the bag
gage of Infantry, Grenadiers, and tne
.battalion, encamped at Ptters's farm,
will march from tiiat place by the middle
ferry bridge to the Ridge Roau, and
thence by Isorrifiown, Heading and Hani
burgh, to Carlisle.

drawings, it is proposed to erett two centre

when complete, to the fortunate adventurers,
in the manner defer ibed in the Ichemc for
the Hotel Lottery. A nett dcdu&ion of five
per cent, will be made to defray rhe neces
sary expenees of printing, &c. and the sur
plus will be made a part of the fund intended
for the National University, to be erected ;
within the City of Walhington.

as the. Tickets are fold, or at a!l events on
Monday, the 22nd of December next: The
money prizes will be payable in thirty days
after it is finiHied, and any prizes for which
fortunate numbers are not produced within
twelve months after tbe drawing isclofed are
to be confideied as given towards the fund
for he University, it being determined to
fettle the whole business in a year from the
ending of the drawing and to take up the
bonds given as security.
The leal securities given for the payment
of the Prizes, are held by the President and
two Dtre&ors of the Bank of Columbia, arid
are,valued at more than half th<* amount ol
the Lottery. The dVawing will be under
the management of 24 gentlemen approved
by the commiflioners tor the City of Wafti*
ington, for the time being, and a£ting on
oath.
