Another means of connection with Phi
ladelphia, is by the Delaware, from which
the distance infeyeral places,is about thirty
miles.
The proprietors combining theirown in
t«refb with that of the inhabitants, are dil*-
posed to erect-works of public utility,open
uoads, &c. and in every en miles square, a
traftof one hundred acres is allotted for a
School, and one hundred acres for thefirff
resident clergyman of any denomination of
Cferiftians.
