Minutes of last meeting read nnd approved. complaints. Mr. Osterhout complained that the sidewalk over Hyde's mill race, near the planing mill, was In bad condition. Mr. Thayer complained that the sidewalk along premises of J. Powell and Geo. V. Rhines, also along W. H. Hyde's lot No. 5'J on Elk street was in bad condition, and dangerous to pedestrians. The complaints were referred to the commit tee on sidewalks and pavements with directions to have the same repaired forthwith. COMMUNICATION, were presented from Messrs. D. B. Day, J. W.
