I 'A C We, the undersigned, Auditors of Elk county, having met at the com missioners' office in liidgway, in said county, on the first Monday of Jan. A 1) 1870, being the third day of the month, for the purpose of auditimr, settling and adjusting the accounts of the several county offices of said county, we proceeded to audit, settle and adjust their acounts, and found them correct, as stated in the annexed report. Joseph Windfclder Es ., Treasurer of said county, havimr been duly noti fied, was represented by Jos. V. Wind fclder.
