When Mr. Fpafford arrived at St. Marys, ho missed Mr. Brook banko, both having gone to sleep soon after leaving Corry. Not finding him on tho train Mr. Spafford, telegraphed to different points on the Road, and beard noiUing of him uniil this (Friday) morning when he received a despatch from Youngsville, elating tho young man was found by tho side of tho track seriously in jured, lie lived till (his afternoon, when ho died of his injuries. The young man was conscious when found, having suffered unto'd mental and physical agony through the night, lie could not account for the accident, though it is certain that he got up in his sleep anj fell from the train while iu that condition. Ho was an exomplary young man, and loved by nil who knew him. Ha has bnei in the slors at. Driftwood n -arly three years. His remains were taken lo Cumbria county where his mother resides.
