just reforming the administration of affairs in
this County. A dishonest and reckless man
' agement of ,public ,affairs has the effect by,
imparing public morals, to fill our prison and
alms house.' If the taxpayers Will adopt this
course the expenses of the shamefully mis
managed poor house will be materially re
duced, and we will hear no more of the
necessity of enlarging the prison. - • -
