. We have bOhn informed that a certain individual .has
attempted, in Pottsville and neighborhood, to injure -the
well-founded reputation of the Pianon of our Manufac
tory. by asserting - to have tuned Planes clime make in '

• ' inquiry instituted by us. of the - parties direct,..we
hear that the , said individual has ricitheresen nor tuned
these Pianos. and every friend of truth and honor may
draw from this his conclusions, what credit the slander
ous assertions of said individual- deserve. We- desire
to state distinctly, that we guarantee every Piano .of
onemanufactnre to keep good tune and otherwise In ~
good order, and always consider ourselves . bound to re
fund the money within the. space of five years, if the
