One other colliery on the premises opened and worked .
Richard Kest. at Mine 11111 Gap, at which the Mam
moth vein and Seven Foot vein Cr. worked. The elope
.1s on the north dip of, the Mammoth vein 140 yards,
long, and a tunnel opened hom *be Mammoth vein to I
the Seven Foot rein. 32 yard. long. The Improvements
are one 130 bones power pumping encine, one 40 honwil
power holding engine, one coal breaker, and one
20 horse power breaker engine. 14 frame miners' el
homes, one log miners' heuse, one ntable.and one
biseksmith chap. The cod in the 31ammolh vein at
this colliery Is mid tole. twenty bet thick, and in the
Seven Oa Tail eight 'feet thick. The coal breaker and
breaker engines at this colliery are not on the Gettle and
Wagner lands, but on au adjoining tract called the 29
acre or orphan tract.
• One other colliery on the promisee Is worked by John

Derby vein. liepplier has at present on the Pon. and
Bannon tract ens slope, one 90 horse power pumping
engine, one 60 bone power hoisting engine, one coal
breaker, one 30. horse power breaking engine, and one
20 horse power engine for isolating coal dirt.
