Prompted by no otherthan the feeling of benevoletice,
and for the benefit of my atfficteit fvtloty beings ‘ l de,
sire to make known a short description of my disease
and the unexpected curet obtained from SCHENCK'S
PULMONIC SYRUP. About three years ago I was
afflicted with a violent cold, which settled on.my breast
and side, and every - few days I would raise consider
able blond; my cough was very tight and. distressing..
Every day I had violent fever, creeping chills, and
prntlise sweats at night, with difficulty of breathing
and great loss of appetite; my system was entirely
erne:rated, being confined to my be.l.most of the time.
Twn of the most eminent physicians in tnis city at

ced my case incurable. Indeed, one said my lung.

At this stage of my disease, I was prevailed upon to
try Dr. Schenck' Palatonic Syrsrp, and before I had to
